Today I looked at some Web 2.0 sites, mainly Lulu and Biblio. Lulu was a self publishing website. It was for writers who would like to put their work in a book. I wouldn't have a book to publish anytime soon (maybe never), so I had a look on Biblio as well. Biblio was a website for selling used, rare books. It looked like a perfect place for book collectors to find their beloved books which were out of print. It would be a good suggestion for our customers who wanted books that no longer available in our library.

Must admit I have reservations about forwarding manuscripts to online sites. Scared that someone will steal my ideas! Maybe I'm paranoid....
